I seek an audience with you with dispatch. Keltarn has vanished without trace. He was to meet with us within the Conclave but never showed. We searched his study and found signs of a struggle. He believed you had information we need to aid us against the threats present in the Dream. He also mentioned strange occurrences you came upon in the outer rims of the Rifts but did not elaborate any further. I have attempted to reach out to Zaxun and the Vanguard but they remain adamant in pursuing their decree and now accuse us of collaboration in the disappearance of Keltarn.

I shall meet you upon the lands of Lambent, neutral grounds for all factions. I hope for your assistance in this matter.
