Well well, you have truly outdone yourself with your latest 'decree'. I wonder what your handlers would think if they knew the true extent of your plans for Underlight. I am delighted to see the witch has stalled your 'march' for the time-being. As a courtesy to you, General, I have sent word to your old friend about your intentions. I suspect, even as I inscribe these words to parchment, the Templars rally to intercept you and your illustrious Vanguard. 

A last word of warning, General - no one infringes upon my monopoly. I understand the possession of that wretched mace may give you a false sense of power and authority but I shall not allow you to move forward with your plans. That, I decree.
