Clarity Rose: Past
Clarity first appeared in the dreaming city of Underlight just prior to the Cataclysm. A young Fatesender eager to create a name for herself, she was recruited into House Calenture by ruler Tux and knights Rowen and Kage.
Claiming to be a true Freesoul, Clarity often spoke of her inability to remember her time dreaming while in the wakened world.
After the Cataclysm, Clarity assisted others of Calenture to help rebuild and reopen the house.
Shortly after being promoted to Guardian for the first time in her dreaming history, MD Kill, a fellow guardian, was revealed a traitor when he stole the Orb of Calenture and destroyed it. With the destruction of the Orb, the house closed its doors to all.
She spent much of her dreaming after the destruction of the Orb searching for a new place within the dream to call her own. She even spent time in the crest of the Union of the Covenant.
Her soul searching only lead her back to her roots, to House Calenture, where she, along with Kage, Venom, and many others, worked tirelessly to repair the Orb of Calenture and once again reopen House Calenture.
With the aid of her home, they reforged the Orb of Calenture and reopened the doors of their home. Clarity and Kage were the first two reinstated into Calenture, but it would be a long road of hard work before they could obtain their ascension to Ruler.
War was coming to the city, between Freesouls and Illuminates, one that would rage until the chaos itself began claiming the city. The Freesoul/Illuminate war would herald the downfall, the opening conflict that ushered in the second Great Loss.
The morning before the Ascension ceremony, Clarity was caught in a ward trap on West Sanctuary, Evernight Plateau. She was Dreamstruck by Kaer Gerroz and the Illuminated Front, the seventh dreamer lost to the Art since the reawakening. The Illuminates had wanted their war, and the Striking of Clarity Rose of Calenture had achieved that.
Clarity Thraka: Present
With the collision of the city of Idoclease into the City of Underlight upon it's destruction, The gates of Underlight had been thrown open, and all who had been barred from dreaming there found themselves able to return. While wonderful in itself, some began noticing something strange.
Those thought dead at the hands of Dreamstrike began returning as well. Including Clarity.
If asked, to this day, Clarity will only jokingly say that she "Got Better". Only those closest to her, such as her husband, Kage, reunited with his love after 12 years of seperation, know what truly happened to Clarity when she was dreamstruck.
Since her return to the city, she seems to have picked up where she left off, finally achieving 5th sphere and the Teachers halo she had been Apprenticing for at the time of her Striking. She was made ruler of House Calenture, taking up the mantle she had previously held. Almost as if she had never been gone at all.
