To open a fellowship:
Present before the King and Queen your desire for the fellowship and a purpose.
The group will be sent out on a mission.
Once the mission has been completed, you will be granted the keys to your own fellowship.
The fellowship will remain occupied as long as the dreamers in the fellowship are maintaining the fellowship through your presence in the city as well as your works.
3 or more people in a group can open a fellowship.
