The Hand of Fate wishes to see the successful progression of the city.
We wish to maintain the balance of the city so that it may grow.
Fate guides us in the quest for the goal, we cannot allow one faction, be it beast or dreamer to gain too much power over another.
In our quest to accomplish our goals, we have had to make hard choices such as war, but do not waver in their ultimate goal of bringing balance to the city.
The reason for our actions is so that they we reach ascension to the next level of existence.
We take a neutral stance in the situation that fate has not determined our place to intervene.
We see that every dreamer no matter what belief they have, plays a part in fate's plan and we respect this plan more than we do our own selves.
We do what is asked of us in order to accomplish the goal of balance fate has shown us. We are dreamers who are dedicated to balance with fate's guidance.
We take no oath other than to ourselves to follow fate in the path that leads to this balance.
