In December of 2019, the Arretians made their arrival within the city once again. Their golden skin, alien arts, and harsh attitude came into the city with a warrant for the arrest of Dr. Grave. A man who arrived in the city via the Lower Palisades, and who had a very interesting reputation around the Expanse. With their goal in mind, the Arretians took refuge upon the Edgeward Barrows. In the next few months, a trial against Dr. Grave, as well as a prison breakout the Arretian Jerusalis was asked about his arts. How they worked and so forth, and one of his arts Distress Call was highlighted by many Dreamers in the city. Years before another Dreamer, Arnaya, attempted to create such an art.
