Entry 103 - A Torn Page

A tattered page ripped from its binding reads,

“...realized that when Nocven destroyed the heart fragment, that it prevented dreamers from coming in mass. She set out to find the heart itself and to imbue it with chaos in hopes of reopening the portals of the city to allow entrance of dreamers again. Dreamers of Light believes that when she imbued chaos with the heart that it effectively planted a chaotic seed within the heart, and down the road, once fully empowered, would result in the destruction of the entirety of the heart and destroy the city permanently.”
