IC: The event known as The Great Awakening happened just after the Sect of the Prudent was opened and a few days before the Emancipators of Men was opened. Before this event only a few sparse dreamers had made their way to the city of dreams for the last several hundred years so the day in which 30 plus new dreamers found their way to the city was a special occasion. More has happened in the city of dreams since this event than has happened in the last thousand years.
