Beliefs
The Hand of Fate wishes to see the successful progression of the city.
We wish to maintain the balance of the city so that it may grow.
Fate guides us in the quest for the goal, we cannot allow one faction, be it beast or dreamer to gain too much power over another.
In our quest to accomplish our goals, we have had to make hard choices such as war, but do not waver in their ultimate goal of bringing balance to the city.
