Description

Push affects the space in front of the user, and as such does not require a target to be evoked.

It is useless without one though.

If a Dreamer or Mare is standing in front of the user when Push is evoked,

it will move them back a short distance, and interrupt any arts currently being evoked.

It does not deal any damage.

Plateau Effect

Decreased evoke time.

Notes

Although it is available at orbit 0, Push must be learnt from a teacher, as opposed to other orbit 0 arts which are already known the first time the dreamer enters the city.
