Sphere of Harmony

Near the end of the first reign of the Gathering of the Entranced, a day when mares were plentiful and the house itself was on the brink of destruction, Tehthu saw the harmony the Entranced brought to the city. This harmony angered him and lessened the strength of the chaos in which he was born and reared. Tehthu sought to strengthen the chaos and thus his kind, knowing that as the chaos strengthened the city would be weakened. Tehthu knew the Entranced had a way to bring harmony and thus strength to the city. This was act of cleansing mares through the Sphere of Harmony. This act lessened the strength of the chaos each time it was performed, by bringing forth a little harmony. Tehthu wanted the Sphere destroyed! He needed it gone if he ever hoped to have the Chaos overtake the Harmony of the City itself. Since the Nightmare Wars, the Sphere of Harmony was broken... but no-one knew it. The fact that mares had entered the city caused a slight crack to form in the Sphere, the fracture occurring the moment the first mare entered the city proper. The only thing that kept the Sphere from total destruction was the harmony, courage and love in the House itself, but the Sphere was doomed, as was the House. Why? Because Tehthu brought forth an army to destroy the Sphere. This army entered the House and Tehthu's goal was achieved. Tehthu did not have to obtain the Sphere to destroy it, for the fear and discord inside the House caused by the defense broke the Sphere asunder and sent it into what seems to be three other planes.
So, now the Sphere exists in pieces. Each piece of the Sphere sought its own shard to dwell in. The House is believed to have the piece representing courage, this piece appeared shortly after those that re-opened the House showed the courage to make it happen. It is believed that three more pieces are missing, those representing Fear, Harmony and Discord. As time passes these pieces try to re-unite and form into the Sphere. As time passes little brief moments of Harmony are achieved the Sphere fights it's surroundings and comes back to the dream for instances, but as the Harmony of the City is brief, so are the Sphere shards appearances. But the dream and chaos continue to fight each other for the right to rule. Alas this is a tale with an uncertain ending. For who knows how to recapture the pieces of the Sphere of Harmony? I for one hope that unity, harmony and the love of the Gathering of the Entranced will triumph and force the Sphere back into Harmony.
