What a Town Crier does
As explained by Zardac
For the most part the duties consist of going through Threshold and making announcements every now and then.
Or for the House liaisons keeping the House informed.
A good way to do this is to pick a day and make announcements for that day.
An hour, half then a quarter (60,30 and 15 minutes) before usually works pretty well.
