This lock bars use of the Portal, except in special circumstances (see notes).

The user can pass through their own Ward normally.
The only ways to pass through the lock are using the Amulet of the one who created it, and through the use of Blend.
It is possible to Ward a Portal multiple times. This can only be achieved by having multiple GateKeepers complete the evocation on the same Portal at the same time. This will stop the use of Blend as a method to pass through the Portal.
