Soul Evoke is a odd art in which it wasn't created by one dreamer but 2 dreamers to be correct. They had Restore but wanted something else.They wanted something offensive that would surprise their foe. They began to formulate an art that would allow access to the energies needed to evoke an art without an avatar to shape them.
