The home city of the Arretians, a powerful group of dreamers now allied with the Kadatorii darkmare faction.

Little else is known of this city except for the fact that there has been some contact in the past between Underlight and Arret.

The city is outside the limits of Underlight.

Arretians are the avatars from this city.
