The Cowled One was a elder that possessed the art of Dreamstrike. The Codex of Immortal Dreams was broken into 15 pages which were released into the dream city. The Cowled One would dream at the same time each week for 30 minutes in a random room in the City. Any dreamer that presented 5 of the pages to Cowled One, could learn the art of Dreamstrike. The Cowled One was dreamstruck by SerialKiller33 in the Ossuary of Dread.
