Ring of Will

The Ring of Will was developed from an idea that the younger Gatekeepers needed to know who the older Gatekeepers were so that they may learn from them of honor and the role of the Gatekeeper in the City of Dreams as well the etiquette for arts such as Ward. It was founded in the year 2000 by Keltarr, Ladybug, and Jolly. Attendance is usually very structured following a set guide line each meeting with Announcements, Discussions, and teaching sessions.
