The Triad was the three leading members of the Cult of Bashir. The positions within the Triad were:
- The Sword of Bashir who ruled the Cult of Bashir. The sword was charged with fighting the enemies of Bashir without mercy or remorse. One particular Sword of Bashir (Gromnir) achieved this with previously unknown success.
- The Voice of Bashir was a position last held by Sala Erosa. The Voice of Bashir's role in the Triad is to spread the word of Bashir over the dream.
- The Heart of Bashir
