Information on this one also comes from Blue: "I only know about that because two dreamers from there washed up in our City near the end.
Literally washed up - they claimed that their dreamworld was a chain of islands, and they'd sailed out of it on a ship, guided by the Moon.
I'm afraid it possibly no longer exists - those two fled because their home had also been taken over by what sounded like our Dominion.
Captain Navkoda and Philippa were their names.
It may or may not have been destroyed... the Dominion seemed t'be running it like their own kingdom, although it sounded as if they were running it into t'ground... who knows."
