Beliefs
The Tribunal of Solara was an honor-based militaristic organisation with purposefully vague beliefs and tenets. This faction was present after the first variant shift away from the age of Bashir, the Sect of the Prudent and the Emancipators of Men. A slight hybrid of the Sect's fervent respect for 'honor' and the Emancipators' die-hard belief in universal freedom of man, the Tribunal of Solara was largely poised to act as needed in reaction to other factions.

The Tribunal of Solara was opposed to House Orgoth and favourable towards the Emergence Academy.

Rise & Fall
The Tribunal would have undoubtedly enjoyed a good deal of strength due, if nothing else, to the powerful members it had within its rank. It was diametrically opposed to House Orgoth and would have certainly been willing to maintain conflict.
This faction suffered a schism within its own ranks when Kira, in his eagerness to war with House Orgoth, attacked several of their members unprovoked, which was in violation of Solara's own laws. When Tithian attempted to hold Kira accountable for his crimes under Tribunal law, Kira refused to stand trial. The House collapsed as Initiates took sides in the debacle and resulting conflict.
In the second variant shift of Idoaclecia, we landed in a City very different than what we were used to. The houses that used to be open were either closed or taken over by a new faction, and a woman was seeking a following to open the Valley. This woman was known as the Woman in White - or to her followers, the Grand Council. This house was The Tribunal of Solara.
The Tribunal of Solara stood together under one banner, each committing to eternally undertake and ever uphold the vows of: Honor, Courage, and Justice.
It remained their never-ending duty to serve as the Protectors of the City of Dreams, against the wickedness of dreamers and beasts alike. Their tenets were: Honor, Valor, Justice and Humility.
The honorable House of Tribunals worked to remain mindful not to cross into the path of tyranny, or to be labeled among the ranks of warmongers. They avoided conflict wherever possible (though there was trouble with House Orgoth). They sought to defend, never to be on the offensive.
However, they intended to seek out where only injustice thrived, and bring order to where chaos reigned. Justice and order were paramount in their goals. They believed the "shards" aka mares were to be disposed of, and any that offered any kind of aid to the vile beasts would be be eradicated with prejudice.
