A'kmar Ralnora, Third Soulmaster and Initiate of Sect of the Prudent.
He was first of two Variant Walkers in the Idaoclesian City, revealing to dreamers that other cities existed, and the small community we were surrounded by was simply a fraction of potential dreamers within our midst.
He was slain by Ra'as, empowered by Bashir of the Cult, in defense of his housemates, at Path of Justice, Edgeward Barrows.
