Gaze

A gaze is a method by which one may affect another dreamer or mare, however gazes are primarily employed by Horrons.

A gaze will automatically evoke an effect (Paralyze, Scare, etc.) upon anyone within eyesight of the user for as long as it exists. Users under the effect of Chamele are still affected by a gaze.
