Primordial Breach

This plane is the culmination of the Planesmith Kanto’s work with the focal Shrines. While the Shrines are the points where the individual focal energies enter the City from the larger Dreamscape, the Primordial Breach is the source of Dreamsoul itself.

Kanto did not create these energy sources, but did build around them in order to harness their powers. Each room serves a unique (and not fully explored) purpose. They supposedly are the points where multiple focal energies converge with Dreamsoul itself: e.g.

The DreamForge is where pure Lucidity & Willpower meet Dreamsoul.

The Temple of Elements is the Locus of all four focal energies and Dreamsoul. Within it, the source of Dreamsoul itself is hidden.

The Primordial Breach

For Kanto...

The Primordial Breach is a magnificent new Plane that was created by Kanto. The Breach was officially unveiled after a Shrines started being found around the City. The first one to be found was the Shrine of Resilience, this shrine was found within Gloom Peaks in the Blood Hall to left of the portal to Blood Falls. The second to be found right after the first, was the Shrine of Lucidity located in the Chasm of Souls down a spiral staircase in the Deep Cavern. The third was the Shrine of Will located in the Lower Ossuary of Dread within Vrnio's Chamber, a hidden portal against the wall. The final shrine, the Shrine of Insight was found within the Albino Caves in Aristoe's Reflective Room, a secret portal against one of the faces of the turbine. Each of these shrines hold very powerful regenerative properties to that specific focal energy.

Very soon after these were found secrets were uncovered and with hints from Kanto, each shrine was to be unlocked via various puzzles and mazes. After each shrine was solved, as well as Binding of the Heart, the new plane called the Primordial Breach was opened up! There are two parts to this plane, the first part to be unlocked was in the Lower Lambent Flats in the Upfalls Sanctuary. This beautiful place within holds the Chapel of Eternity. A few days later and another part of the Breach was opened up connecting to the Shrines themselves!

Within the Primordial Breach, unlimited potential, teeming with energy was unlocked. Each Shrine corresponding to that Focus has a room teeming with that focus energy. For example, the Shrine of Insight when entering the Breach would bring you, the right sided portal, to The Turbine.
