This is where the Soul of the City resided...it had no identifying features.
It was once a dreamer. That sacrificed to protect all the city in that spot.
It was the most sacred place in all the Dream.
The heart and the brain were locked behind cells to protect them from being harmed. That was in the center of the Awakened Woods.
The massive Tree of Knowledge resided there.
Liolira was one of the guardians that sat with the Soul of the City...
During the final days earthquakes rocked the city day and night.
The Dreamers around the city were busy building cocoons that 'the soul' had directed them to do when the end came.
The cocoons were suppose to prevent another 'Great Loss' of dreamers lives.
The earthquakes were caused by Varwyn shutting down all the portals starting from the outer planes and moving inwards locking them down with the Palisades priest, to create the Chaos Wave.
When the city was purged of chaos and corruption. The Dream Walkers were suppose to be the only dreamers left to survive. However, they never found the fortified form to accomplish that...
