FreeSoul Alliance

This evening, one ruler of each of the FreeSoul houses (Innioc-Order of the Sable Moon, RavenXR-Union of the Covenant, and Snow Angel-House Calenture) met with the Keepers of the Eternal Shadow representative, Ceyllynn, to discuss the terms and amendments to the prior stated Proclaimation. We have reached an agreement, of which we seek the signatures of all those involved in the meeting on this public scroll and all acting Rulers of KoES to sign it into practice. The rulers and Seneschals of the three FreeSoul houses are encouraged to sign as soon as possible as well.

1)In keeping with the traditions of the FreeSoul members of Keepers of the Eternal Shadow, the house pledges to make every effort to ensure that the beliefs and actions of the FreeSoul members of its house are respected and never oppressed.

2)The single ruling entity of the House Keepers of the Eternal Shadow, Imowhin (or any future Seneschal to serve this capacity) agrees to end the monarchy in which it resides. As soon as physically possible, members of standing within the house shall be ascended to fill the now vacant ranks of Guardians and Rulers, the number of which being at the discretion of the house.

3)3)The FreeSoul Alliance acknowledges and in no way makes any effort to prevent the studies in which the House Keepers of the Eternal Shadow endeavors. We do, however, restrict the studies into what has been termed as the "Dark Path" from being performed on the FreeSoul controled planes of Trinity, Evernight Plateau, and Edgeward Barrows, as well as the house planes each plane leads to (HC, OoSM, and UotC). Any attempt on the part of the House Keepers of the Eternal Shadow to perform said acts, including but not limited to the use of protective or restorative arts upon the creatures of the Chaos, the bestowment of items upon them to aid them in growing stronger or harming dreamers, or any and all rituals used to aid said creatures in any way, shape, or form, will be taken as breaking the explicit terms of contract between House Keepers of the Eternal Shadow and the FreeSoul Alliance.

4)Members of the House Keepers of the Eternal Shadow who are in the "Dark Path" segment of the house division shall be expected to hold to the oath of the house itself. The exact wording and terms of said oath are to be hastily compiled and placed upon these scrolls to be viewed and known publicly

5)The House Keepers of the Eternal Shadow agrees, as per their non-violent stance, to not act in a violent manner towards any houses of the FreeSoul Alliance, should tensions between Illuminated and FreeSoul houses escalate to the state of war.

Upon agreement to this stated document by the acting Rulers of the House Keepers of the Eternal Shadow, the following actions shall be taken by the FreeSoul Alliance:

1)Any and all sanctions currently placed upon the House Keepers of the Eternal Shadow shall be summarily lifted, returning all rights which had been rescinded.

2)The Prime Artifact of the Keepers of the Eternal Shadow shall be returned as quickly as possible. The Book of Val Des, however, shall be held for a period of time not to exceed two (2) months to ensure all agreed articles have been put into affect, or are sincerely being diligently worked towards.
