This plane is the culmination of the PlaneSmith Kanto’s work with the focal Shrines. While the Shrines are the points where the individual focal energies enter the City from the larger DreamScape, the Primordial Breach is the source of Dreamsoul itself. Kanto did not create these energy sources, but did build around them in order to harness their powers. Each room serves a unique (and not fully explored) purpose.
