Lady Justice Speaks! by Ruben
On the 13th day, of the Fourth month, at 7 bells, Lady Justice appeared within the Sanctuary of our home. Those present were Dina, Krodoc, Flower of Cianne, Kirtes Omartheas, Nathan, and myself. Dina led us in prayers, in the exact vicinity of where a Revenant once stood, requesting words of wisdom and support.
Upon the prayers, we requested protection and assistance with dealing with the Revenants and breakouts within the Palisade, and her blessing with unification of homes in this time of no safety. We also asked for general guidance to lead us on the right path to do what is right in her eyes, for our home, and the city as a whole.
I personally prayed and requested her approval of my plans in the Palisade along with our safety while working with Krodoc.
Nathan said a prayer requesting transcendent ever-knowing wisdom, transparency, truth and legacy of justice. I speak for all in our home, we thought this was very thoughtful and inspiring to see a ruler from our historic foe, Dreamers of Light. This indicates a changing in the times, that we in the Union are embracing.
Flower requested her presence, her word and spoke softly to her crest praying to Lady Justice.
Finally, she appeared! From within three bright white flames shooting up through the ground in the center of the Sanctuary, where we placed a few tokens of Energy she gifted us in Flower's recent work in the Chasms about a month ago working to silence the art of Drain Essence for the respect of all dreamers who find the sound of the art to be unbearable. Though not final, her work continues with promise as indicated in the following words I write in these scrolls.
She appeared as a brightly lit robed woman, fading in and out of focus but holding an aura of beauty, elegance, and strength. It was truly awe-inspiring and reinvigorated my sense of direction and desire to do good for my home and the protection of the city.
She spoke in a hushed tone the following to us, "Good evening. I am pleased to see what the Union stands for is once again active and well. I am glad to see you have such a unified front against corruption and injustice. It can come from many sources and you all must stay as vigilant as you have been against it. I cannot tell you what to do with your dreams, only advise you that you have a pure heart and good intentions."
Her voice slowly started to fade as we all embraced her words. She spoke for a last time before fading into the dreamscape "My time with you now grows short, but I am always walking with anyone who bears the crest of the Union of the Covenant. May your dreams remain free, justice always prevail."
This created a sense of unity within our home at a needed time in the dream and gave us all the green light to continue in our endeavors to make this city welcoming and safe for all to enjoy.
